Sales Analysis
Drop in last week’s sales report and see what’s running out, what to reorder, and what’s rising or slowing down, in one view.
Your file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
What should my file include?
One row per product. The tool recognises headings like these, including two-row headings with Brand / Retail / Online groups above them:
- Description and Item Number / SKU, plus ranks, sub group, sell price and distribution
- Last week units and £, and retail Sold / online Orders taken
- Cover by location (branch, warehouse, online, total) and Total stock
- Optional: returns rate, on order, a week-before column for Improving / Declining
Summary sheets (sales by product type, colour, size…) are shown as breakdowns. Any column the tool doesn’t recognise is still kept and shown on the product. Spreadsheets and Google Sheets exports give the most accurate results; PDFs and screenshots are read automatically, so check the columns afterwards.

Other sheets & breakdowns
Your product sheets, exactly as read Every row and cell, unchanged, so you can check nothing was altered
Your data is never changed. Every product, code, sales figure and stock number on this page is shown exactly as it appears in your file, and blank cells stay blank. Nothing is estimated or filled in. Only the layout and the calculated columns (trend, cover, status, action) are added.
How it’s worked out: weeks cover = stock ÷ units sold last week, using only locations that have a figure (blank locations are left out and labelled). Lines under your reorder threshold, or selling with a location sold out, go to Act now. If your stock figures look like per-store counts rather than totals, products are ranked against each other instead. Trends compare against the previous week where your file includes it.
